Training of Security Personnel

We impart need-based training to our staff. We hire security Personnel from various training centre only after he completes training in all aspects of security and safety to our satisfaction.
  • Basic Security Knowledge of Fire Fighting, First Aid, Identification of Visitors, Frisking, Protocol of Behaviour and Immediate Measures to be initiated in Emergency.
  • Basic Computer Knowledge, for Entry Pass & Inventory Registration of Materials. Operation and Up-keeping of Electronic Security and Surveillance System.
  • Inventory Documentation for Materials Inbound and Outbound from Premises.
  • Basic Martial Arts with Practical’s on use of Protective Gears.

Security Training

  • Training is provided to all guarding personnel who are performing activities at client’s location as per the Identified Training Needs which directly effects quality of services provided to the customer.
  • The training provided to the guarding personnel is basic & job based training. Training imparted is as per the laid down Security Procedure and time schedule.
  • Training of guarding personnel is carried out on an ongoing basis & as per the laid down syllabus under PSARA Act. The guarding personnel are extensively trained and tested physically as well as theoretically.
  • The Syllabus for the training is comprehensive and covers all possible training needs for the personnel in performing their respective functional duties.
  • At the end of the training, proper exams are conducted to assess the aptitude of staff in the form of drill / parade, written test after training is conducted and point’s scored in the said test are evaluated.
  • Refresher /on job training is carried out on regular weekly basis covering unit specific job requirements. Apart from that, Customized & Specialized training is also provided based on the special requirement of the client.
  • Candidates passing the training test after completion of mandatory training are segregated as per their aptitude under Industrial, Technology, Corporate, and Hospitality (ITCH) categorically.
